The Rock 4 Life benefit concert is unique in two ways:

It is largely organized by the orchestra students of Thomas Dale High School in Chester. Students handle virtually all tasks from choosing a cause each year, developing advertising materials, designing artwork, creating arrangements for a 60-piece string orchestra and an indie rock band, making contact with media (radio, tv, internet, print), and producing videos, podcasts, and written materials to promote the concert and, more importantly, the cause.
The concert itself offers an amazing, and unusual, performance of current rock, pop, and alternative music by a full string orchestra and a rock band – playing the music together, and becoming one performing group for the night.

This year we will be having the concert in May again. Keep an eye out for more details on when!
